"We have been going to Diamond Dog for over 9 years now. All the people there just love the animals. The owner/head groomer, Gail, has the most wonderful way with all the clients, and I have
recommended her to friends. They all were impressed with the quality of work as well as the friendliness of the employees.
Gail is also a Veterinary tech and a licensed trainer. We took dog training classes with her, where she trained our dog AND us....
My Wheaton looks fabulous and the prices are comparable. I would recommend them highly for any type of pet grooming."

Absolutely love this place. I routinely take my Cocker Spaniel, Koda and my daughter-in-law's Boxer Max. They are always excitedwhen they get there and come out looking great , clean ears, teeth ,
clipped nails and soft and clean. There is plenty of TLC for them and they are happy customers.
They give you a time to call so they can tell you what time to pick them up.
Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We brought our little Shih-Tzu/Bichon mix puppy to Diamond Dog Grooming this past weekend for the first time for her first "real" haircut. We were nervous to clip her because she was REALLY fluffy and adorable and we knew this would be a huge change. Honestly, when we first saw her, we were a little like "uhhhh...?" After the initial shock wore off (about a day and a half later..), we LOVE her haircut. She looks absolutely adorable and Gail (I'm guessing here) did exactly what we asked (not exactly a standard clip) her to do. She was very sweet and attentive to Zoey. The price was good too, although we were told it might go up as she grows (she's 5.5 months now). The only minor complaint that we had was that she smells like patchouli, which we really don't like. We didn't say anything about leaving her unscented though, so that's just something for us to know for next time! Also, the skin on her tummy is dry now...not sure if she reacted to the shampoo or maybe the clippers, since this was her first time experiencing them...? Anyway, the important thing with this kind of dog is that the haircut looks great, her hair seems really healthy and SOFT and she seemed happy enough when we picked her up!

Gail is an excellent groomer. I took my dog to her after having an awful experience elsewhere. She took time to talk with me about what I wanted and I didn't feel like she was going to do whatever she wanted (like the previous groomer did). I've been going to Diamond Dog for a few years and have always gotten a great cut for my dog. We have a beautiful white standard poodle and you have to know what you are doing and take your time to cut her. Whenever we take her somewhere, people always ask me who my groomer is. Gail gets a big thumbs up from me!

We have used Gail to groom our Golden Retriever for 12 years and each time she comes out looking great and enjoys her visits. When we get to the location, she jumps out and makes a beeline for the door. We have also used Gail to provide boarding when we go on vacation and have been extremely pleased. We have not encountered the rude individual mentioned in a prior review and have found Gail is always available to answer questions whenever they arise. I cannot recommend Gail more highly.

I have been taking my dog here for 7 years. Gail, the owner is a vet tech. I met through my vet. My dog is quite a handful. He's a Bichon and we have to lock him up when anyone comes to the house. They don't seem to have any problem with him. I would reccomend this place to anyone.
